What is the Excellence Exchange Symposium?
The Lancaster Chamber’s Excellence Exchange is a professional development and networking opportunity for leaders -- a place for local and regional business professionals to hear noteworthy business practices and participate in small group discussions, facilitating conversation among attendees on how to implement the lessons learned from the speaker(s) within their workplaces. The Excellence Exchange Symposium serves to amplify that purpose with a keynote from an elevated regional or national leader.
After a challenging year and a half navigating the pandemic, hiring in a tight labor market, and managing repercussions of COVID-19, our team wanted to inspire the business community with innovation, optimism, and strategic growth. Hear from Lori Maley, President and CEO of Bank of Bird-in-Hand, as she shares about the creation and growth of the Bank as the first bank granted a charter after the Great Recession, workplace culture, and their innovative approach to reach the community through mobile bank units. Join us for a reception following the keynote!
