What is the Small Business Series?

We're glad you asked! The Lancaster Chamber launched the new Small Business Series! We have hosted sessions throughout 2021 focused on equipping small businesses with the resources they need to suceed.  While this is called the Small Business Series it's not just for small businesses. We encourage anyone to participate, no matter the size of your business. 

Session 9 - Strategic Planning

Some believe that strategic planing is just for larger organizations, but it is not. It is for all companies. It is important for business leaders to stop periodically and establish or review and adjust their strategic direction. This practical session will explore the value of strategy, the importance of everyone knowing the intended direction and the roles that planning and execution have in the process. 

One Size Does Not Fit All - Depending on the organization, strategic plannign can be complex or simplified.  An overview will be given of some strategic planning models and share the uses and values of each.
