Join us this June for our first ever Young Professionals Network (YPN) Summit! Our hybrid YPN Summit will bring Young Professionals from across Lancaster County together for professional development and networking opportunities. You create your own Summit experience by choosing content staggered across four days, customized to your interests and schedule.
Changemakers will equip and inspire you to lead where you're at and drive sustainable, positive change in your workplace. Connect with other Young Professionals online and in-person through designated breakout sessions and networking opportunities, learn from the compelling stories and experiences of local leaders, and participate in thoughtful dialogue with your peers.

The latest research indicates Emotional Intelligence is crucial for your success as a leader and is necessary to build and maintain a thriving organization. In this session we will discuss four questions: What EI is? Why EI is important? Are you emotionally intelligent? How does one develop EI?

COVID-19 IN-PERSON EVENT PROTOCOL
The Lancaster Chamber continues to monitor COVID-19 mitigation protocols, policies, and guidelines provided by federal agencies and local governments in regard to safety as we continue into the next phase of the COVID19 pandemic. While the Chamber has expanded our delivery modes for events and programs and will remain committed to providing exceptional virtual experiences, we plan to begin the transition to outdoor, in-person networking events this spring.
To follow proper safety guidelines and adhere to mitigation protocols, the Lancaster Chamber will be counting on our attendees to comply with the safety expectations we set forth, including consistent hand sanitizing, unvaccinated individuals wearing masks, and signing a waiver upon arrival to the event.
We want to create safe, healthy, outdoor experiences for our members and business community. To do so, we must adhere to proper safety guidelines and your cooperation will be helpful. If your attendance status changes after you register, please update the Chamber before the scheduled event so we can maximize the in-person experience.
