This past month, the Chamber has added two new team members to the organization. We would like to introduce you to Penny Brady and Jared Spackman!

Penny Brady, Business Development Manager

Penny is our new Business Development Manager! Penny will be focusing on our business development efforts, while Javar Colon will now be dedicated to the engagement of existing members as our Business Engagement Manager.

Penny comes to us with a plethora of experience in business development, relationship building, and working with non-profit organizations and volunteers.

Jared Spackman, Marketing & Communication Specialist

Reintroducing, Jared Spackman. Jared started with us as a contracted Graphic Designer. After working with him for many months, Jared has officially joined the Lancaster Chamber team as our Marketing & Communication Specialist.

Jared is responsible for the curation of our marketing and communication efforts such as branding, publications, and more!
