Over the last several months, the Chamber has added several new team members to the organization, including Summer Interns. We would like to introduce you to our 2022 Summer Interns: Domenica Martello & Jacob Antolini!
Domenica Martello, Communications & Marketing Intern
Meet Domenica Martello, our Summer 2022 Communications and Marketing Intern. Domenica will be a senior at Elon University, studying Marketing and Finance .
As an Intern, Domenica will assist the Communications and Marketing Director in promoting our events, programs, and mission.

Where did you work previously before your role here at the Chamber?
- Last summer, I waitressed at a marina restaurant on the waterfront of Lake Gaston, in Virginia!
What do you love most about Lancaster County?
- What I love most about Lancaster County are the many opportunities they have for their community. I have always seen Lancaster as a county that supports their community as well as their businesses, and I can see that first hand at the Chamber.
What is your Spirit Animal?
- Golden Retriever- Any dog really, but Golden’s have such lovable and caring spirit.
Favorite Quote?

Favorite Movie?
- Bohemian Rapsody- I’m not a huge movie person, but I love the band Queen and could watch this over and over again.
Favorite Book?
- To Kill a Mockingbird- It’s a classic and the first book that I read that has left a major impact on me.
Most used app on your Phone?
- TikTok by a landslide.
3 words that best describe you?
- Independent, Driven, and Loyal.
Dream travel destination?
- The South of France. This past fall, I studied abroad in Florence, Italy, and I wish I could have visited France. It has beautiful beaches, small villages, and views that you can’t see anywhere else.
What inspires you?
- Surrounding myself with people that support me and make me want to be a better person every single day. My family and friends are hard-working and ethical people and they always push me to be the best version of myself.
What makes you laugh?
- It doesn’t take much, but watching Feel-Good TV shows makes me laugh the most. I have been rewatching the TV Sitcom, Schitt’s Creek over and over again, and every character has me laughing.
Any Hidden Talents?
- I make THE best homemade Popcorn!
Jacob Antolini, Data Management Intern
Meet Jacob Antolini, our Summer 2022 Data Management Intern. Jacob will be a senior at Franklin & Marshall, studying Economics and Public Policy.
As a Data Management Intern, Jacob will be responsible for administering and tracking the 2022 Wage and Benefits Survey.

Where did you work previously before your role here at the Chamber?
- Previously, I worked as an intern at the Lancaster City Alliance.
What do you love most about Lancaster County?
- What I love most about Lancaster County is the sense of community that you can feel everywhere. At events, shops, and parks you always have a sense of belonging.
What is your Spirit Animal?
- Capybaras are very chill animals that get along in most environments. They have such a calm demeanor that I at least aspire to.
Favorite Quote?
- “Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.”
Favorite Movie?
- The Last Vampire on Earth. Despite not being a comedy, it is still the funniest movie I’ve ever seen.
Favorite Book?
- Metamorphosis – Franz Kafka. I read it in high school and it was the first piece of literature that I can say changed me.
Most used app on your Phone?
- TikTok. I’m not too proud to say it, but it still has a lot of fun and engaging content.

- Compassionate, Humorous, Driven
Dream travel destination?
- Iceland. I’ve seen many pictures of the landscape, and being an outdoors person, I feel so compelled to visit for myself. The culture also seems to be one of a kind.
What inspires you?
- My family and friends. To know I have the support of so many people keep me motivated no matter what I’m going through.
What makes you laugh?
- Watching bad movies with my friends. This is how I discovered my favorite movie, The Last Vampire on Earth. There’s something special about joking with your friends for an entire movie.
Any Hidden Talents?
- I can name pretty much any country based on its outline alone.
